Steve Svensson, the guy in the video, got a microfiche copy of that chemistry textbook, and is promoting it as some kind of chemtrail manual. He considers it ver suspicious that the air force academy should teach chemistry. Apparently Silver Iodide is mentioned, which he finds very suspicious. Yes.
