At least one, CTYForg, thinks it is genuine. (Unless he is playing a double game and is whole presence is a wind-up - unlikely looking at his web site!) I think it is a hoax and Uncinus could add it to the collection of "Fake, Hoax, Chemtrail Videos". It's a good example of how well simple productions can work. They already labeled with a label maker and it would be easy to peel the old one off and put a "chemtrail on/off" label on. Then I would make an elaborate show of how we're flying over New York with some zoom-ins of the statue and central park and then reach down and hit the button. (actually turning the aft baggage heat on). To top it all off I would then get some shots of the other guy wearing his O2 mask making it look like he was trying to avoid breathing anything it.
